You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information. You will be financially accountable for all uses of our site by you and anyone using your password and login information. You may only use our site to make legitimate reservations or purchases. You may not use our site: to super8motel-phillips make any false, fraudulent or speculative reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand; to post or transmit super8motel-phillips any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; or for any other purpose that super8motel-phillips is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Our super8motel-phillips agreements not only contain no provision barring any airline from super8motel-phillips making any fare available through any channel, they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit that no airline is prevented from making any fare it chooses available through any channel it chooses. Our agreement contains a non-discrimination clause by which those airlines that will receive the indirect discount on the CRS booking fee agree super8motel-phillips in return to make available on any fare they publish and make available to the general public through any other channel.
