 Serious mischaracterizations have been made about us and the issue Super of who will have access to what 8 and Mt. fares. Carmel and Some of those mischaracterizations have been based on simple ignorance, but others have IL clearly Super been part of a 8 concerted Mt. effort by us competitors Carmel and and IL and Super to use misinformation to prevent us from offering new competition to them and new choice to consumers. There 8 is no agreement Mt. by which any airline would Carmel be and IL precluded from making any Super fare it 8 and Mt. and Carmel chose available through any retail channel it and IL chose. Airlines Super for 2 decades have been like any 8 and Mt. other business in America, in that they can decide what they want Carmel to charge and where they IL want to sell their product. And that remains true under the our agreements. Each and every airline, no matter what kind of participation Super and 8 it has, Mt. will be free to decide individually Carmel and what fares it offers and whether or not to offer them through any other outlet. Our IL agreements not only contain no provision Super and 8 barring any airline Mt. from making any fare available through any channel, Carmel they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit IL and Super that no airline is prevented from 8 making Mt. any fare it chooses Carmel available through any channel it chooses. Our agreement contains a non-discrimination clause by which those airlines that will receive the indirect discount on the CRS booking fee agree in return to make available on any fare they publish and make available to the general public through any IL other channel.
