 Most customers most of the time will find lower fares, not because of web super 8 motel talladega fares, and not because we will have access to fares that other channels (crs''s and the sites and agents that rely on them) do not have access to, but because 8 we will do a better job of searching the motel fares everyone has access to. this - will be talladega because we have opted to do what the others have not, which is invest in new technology computers able to do far bigger searches, using search software that that was super and 8 independently developed and is designed to search all fare and schedule possibilities comprehensively motel and without bias, and in telecommunications capacity that - will provide absolutely the most current information on seat availability. it is expected that talladega more than 99% of the time that we come up with a better fare, it will not super be because 8 we had access to any fare that its competitor did not. it will be because we did a more motel comprehensive and unbiased search of all - the fare and schedule possibilities that are available to all channels. then the allegation that we are "an illegal boycott against third party distributors" because it has "requirements for posting fare sales talladega that cannot be sold" by others is not true? it is absolutely not true, and those who have made that super allegation had absolutely no basis for making 8 it. our agreements contain no boycott against any distributors whatsoever, and in fact affirmatively provide that no airline is precluded from utilizing any other distribution channel or offering any fare through any channel. the department of justice is presently reviewing all agreements, so there will be no motel and - question on this talladega point. do airlines today make all their super fares available through all retail channels? our agreements not only contain no provision barring any airline from making any fare available through 8 any channel, motel and - they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes talladega it explicit that no airline is prevented from super making any fare it chooses available through any channel it chooses. our agreement contains a non-discrimination 8 clause by which motel those - airlines that will talladega and super receive the indirect discount on the crs booking 8 fee agree in return to make available on any fare they publish and make available to the general public motel through any other channel. but - that of course does not preclude them talladega from offering any fare through any other channel.
