 Our agreements SUPER and 8 and MOTEL not only contain - no provision barring STURGEON any airline from making any fare available through BAY any channel, they contain SUPER an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that 8 makes it MOTEL explicit that no airline - is prevented from making any fare it chooses available STURGEON and BAY through any channel it chooses. Our agreement contains a non-discrimination clause by which those airlines that SUPER will receive 8 the MOTEL indirect discount on - and STURGEON and BAY the CRS booking SUPER fee agree in return 8 to make available on any MOTEL and - fare they STURGEON publish and make available to the general public through BAY any other channel. But that of course does not preclude them from offering any fare through any other channel. We may, at any time and without advance notice or liability, terminate or restrict your access to all or any component of our SUPER site. We will use our reasonable 8 commercial efforts to keep our MOTEL site available on a 24-hour/7-day-a- week - and STURGEON basis, subject to necessary scheduled downtime for maintenance, unscheduled maintenance and system outages. Your access to our site may not BAY and SUPER be uninterrupted or available at all times. We cannot promise that our site will be error-free, that defects or errors will be corrected or that our site or 8 the servers that make it MOTEL available are free - from viruses or other harmful components. You will not use any device, software or routine that interferes or attempts to interfere with the normal operation of our site or take any action that imposes an STURGEON unreasonable load on our computer equipment. Airlines BAY make nearly all their fares that are available SUPER and 8 to the general public available through all channels, MOTEL from full fare down to their most heavily discounted fares. Any normal fare, made available months in advance in the normal way, is made available through all channels. - Web fares, however, STURGEON are different BAY than normal fares. SUPER They 8 and MOTEL typically constitute less than one tenth of 1% of the fares an airline offers, and are normally made available only a few days before flight time, and only on flights - which have an unusually high number of empty seats. Web fares thus are seldom available, are unpredictable, and are STURGEON offered BAY at very low prices. Need a vacation planner?
