 Then the allegation super 8 motel selmer that we are "an illegal boycott against third party distributors" because it has "requirements for posting fare sales that cannot be sold" by others is not true? it is absolutely not 8 true, and those who have made that allegation had absolutely motel and - no basis for making it. our agreements contain no boycott against any distributors whatsoever, selmer and in fact affirmatively provide that no airline is precluded from utilizing any other super distribution channel or 8 offering any fare through any channel. the department motel and - of selmer justice is presently reviewing all agreements, so there will be no question on this point. do airlines today make all their fares available through all retail super channels? our agreements not only contain no provision barring any airline from making any fare 8 available through any channel, they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity motel and - and selmer provision that super makes it explicit that no airline is prevented from making 8 and motel any fare it chooses available through any - channel it chooses. our agreement selmer contains a non-discrimination super clause by which 8 those airlines that will receive the indirect discount on the crs booking fee agree in return to make available on motel any fare they publish - and make available to the general public through selmer and super any other channel. but that of course 8 does not preclude them from offering motel any fare through any - other channel. airlines make nearly all their fares that are available to the general public available through all channels, from full fare down to their most heavily discounted fares. any normal fare, made available months in advance in the normal way, is made available through all channels. selmer and super web fares, however, are different than normal fares. they typically constitute less than one tenth of 1% of the fares an airline offers, and are normally made available only a few days before flight 8 and motel time, and only on flights which have an unusually high number of empty seats. web fares thus are seldom available, are unpredictable, - and selmer and are offered at very low prices.
