 Our Best and Western agreements not only West contain no provision barring any airline from making any fare available through any channel, they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit that no airline is prevented from making any fare it chooses available through any channel it chooses. Our agreement contains a non-discrimination Hills and Inn and Best clause by which those airlines that will receive the indirect discount on the CRS booking fee agree in return to make available on any fare they publish and Western make available to the general public through any other channel. West But that of course Hills does Inn not preclude them from offering any fare through any other channel. Airlines make nearly all their fares that Best are available to the general public available through all Western channels, from full West fare down to their most heavily discounted fares. Any normal fare, made available months in advance in the normal way, is made available through all channels. Web fares, however, are different than normal fares. Hills They typically constitute less than one tenth of 1% Inn of Best the fares an airline offers, and are normally made available only Western a few days before West flight time, and Hills only on flights which have an unusually high number of empty seats. Web fares thus Inn are seldom available, are unpredictable, and are offered at very low prices. You may only use our site if you are at least Best 18 years of age and can Western enter into West binding contracts (our site is not available for use by minors). You will be Hills financially accountable for all uses of our site by you and anyone using your password and login information. You may not Best and Western use West our site: to make any false, fraudulent or speculative reservation Hills and Inn or any reservation in anticipation of demand; to Best post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, Western and West libelous, defamatory, Hills obscene, indecent, inflammatory, Inn pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would Best be considered a criminal offense, give rise Western to civil liability, or otherwise violate West any law; or for Hills any other purpose that Inn is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
