Our agreements Best contain Western no boycott against any distributors whatsoever, and in fact affirmatively provide University that no airline is precluded from utilizing any other distribution channel or offering Tower any fare through any channel. The Department of Justice is Hotel presently Best reviewing all agreements, Western so there will be no question University on this point. Do airlines today make all their fares available Tower through all retail channels? We will provide consumers Hotel with a complete selection of Best all available Western and University airfares and travel itineraries. Tower We have developed cutting edge technology to deliver these options to the consumer and promises to offer the lowest prices anywhere. Our business plan is ambitious. Instead of relying on traditional computer reservation systems, We are building our own search Hotel technology. We plan to give users access to every airline fare, including Best and Western those available only on the Internet. Travelers will be University able to search for flights that leave Tower from alternate airports, Hotel within 25 or more miles from their primary airport. Or they could choose alternate dates and see whether leaving a day later or earlier could yield substantial Best savings. Our agreements not only contain no provision barring any Western airline from making any fare University available through any channel, Tower they Hotel contain an affirmative non-exclusivity Best provision Western that makes it explicit that no airline is prevented University and Tower from making any fare it chooses available through any channel it chooses. Our agreement contains Hotel a non-discrimination clause by which those airlines that will Best and Western receive the indirect discount on the CRS booking fee agree in return to make available on any fare they publish University and make available to the general public through any other channel.
