 You may only use our site if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into binding contracts Best (our site is not available for use by minors). You are responsible for maintaining Western the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information. You will be financially accountable for all uses of our site by you and anyone using your password and login information. You may only use our site to make legitimate reservations or purchases. Thunderbird and Resort You may not use our site: to make any false, fraudulent or speculative reservation or any reservation in anticipation Best and Western of demand; to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, Thunderbird obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, Resort and Best and Western or otherwise violate any law; or for any other purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Our agreements not only contain no provision barring Thunderbird any airline from making any fare available Resort through any channel, they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit that no airline is prevented from making any Best and Western fare it chooses available through Thunderbird any channel it chooses. Our agreement contains a non-discrimination clause Resort by which those airlines that will receive the indirect Best discount on the CRS Western booking fee agree in return to make available on any Thunderbird fare Resort they publish and make available to the general public through any other channel. But that of course does not preclude them from offering any fare through any other channel. Then the allegation Best that we are "an illegal boycott against third Western party distributors" Thunderbird because it has "requirements for posting fare sales that cannot be sold" Resort and Best and Western by Thunderbird and Resort others is not true? It is absolutely not true, and those who have made that allegation Best and Western had absolutely no basis for making it. Our agreements contain no boycott against any distributors whatsoever, and in fact affirmatively provide that no airline is precluded from Thunderbird and Resort utilizing Best any other distribution channel or offering any fare through any channel. The Department of Justice is presently reviewing all agreements, so there Western will be no question on this point.
