 You may only use our site if you are at least 18 years of age and Best and Western can enter into binding contracts Suites (our site is not available for use by minors). You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy Hotel and Best of your passwords, login and account Western information. Suites You will be financially accountable for all uses Hotel of our site Best by you and anyone using your Western password Suites and login information. You may Hotel and Best only use our site to make legitimate reservations or purchases. You may not use our site: to make any false, Western fraudulent or speculative reservation or any reservation in anticipation Suites of demand; to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, Hotel obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic Best and Western or profane material or any Suites material that Hotel could Best and Western constitute Suites and Hotel or encourage conduct that would be considered Best a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; or for any other purpose that is unlawful Western or prohibited by these Terms. Our agreements not only contain no provision barring any airline Suites from making any fare available through any channel, they contain an affirmative Hotel non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit that no airline is prevented from making any fare it chooses available through any channel it chooses. Our agreement contains a non-discrimination clause by which those Best airlines that will receive the indirect discount on the CRS booking fee agree in return to make Western available on any fare they publish and Suites make available to the general public Hotel through any other channel. But Best that Western of course does not preclude Suites them from offering Hotel any fare through any other channel. Need a vacation planner?
