 Serious mischaracterizations Best and Western have been made about us and the issue Stevenson of who will have access to what fares. Some of those mischaracterizations Manor and Inn have been based on simple ignorance, Best but others have clearly been part of a concerted effort by us competitors to use misinformation Western to prevent us from offering new competition to them and new choice to consumers. Stevenson There is no agreement by which any airline would be precluded Manor from making any fare Inn it chose available through any retail channel it chose. Airlines for 2 decades have been like any other business in America, in that they can decide what they want to charge and Best where they want to sell their product. And that remains true under the our agreements. Each and every airline, Western no Stevenson matter what kind of participation it has, will be free to decide individually what fares it offers and Manor whether or Inn not to offer them through any other outlet. You may only use our site if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into binding Best contracts (our site is Western not available for use by minors). You are responsible Stevenson for maintaining the secrecy of Manor your passwords, Inn login Best and Western account information. You will be financially accountable for all uses of our site by you and anyone using your password Stevenson and login information. Manor You may only use our site to make legitimate reservations or purchases. You may not use our site: to make any false, fraudulent or speculative reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand; to post Inn or transmit any unlawful, threatening, Best libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic Western and Stevenson or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage Manor conduct that Inn would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; Best or for any other purpose that is Western unlawful Stevenson or prohibited by these Terms. Our agreements not only contain no provision barring any airline from making any fare available through any Manor channel, they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision Inn that makes it explicit Best that no airline is prevented Western from making any fare it chooses available through any channel it chooses. Our agreement contains a non-discrimination Stevenson clause by which those airlines that will receive Manor the indirect discount on the CRS booking fee agree in return Inn to make available Best on any fare they publish and make available Western to the general public through any other channel.
