 Our Best agreements not only contain Western no provision St. and Charles barring any airline from making any fare available through any channel, they contain an affirmative Inn non-exclusivity provision Best and Western and St. that makes it explicit that no airline Charles is prevented Inn from making any fare it chooses available through any channel it chooses. Best Our agreement contains a non-discrimination Western and St. clause by which those airlines that Charles will receive the indirect Inn and Best discount on the CRS booking fee agree in return to make available on any fare they publish and make available to the general public through any other channel. But that of course does not preclude them from offering any fare through any other channel. Most customers most Western of the time will St. find lower fares, not because of web fares, and not because we will have access to fares that other channels (CRS''s and the sites and agents that rely on them) Charles do not have access to, but because Inn and Best we will do Western a better job of searching the fares everyone has access to. This will be because we have opted to do what the others have St. and Charles not, which is invest in new technology Inn computers Best and Western and St. able to do far bigger searches, Charles and Inn using search Best software that that Western was independently developed and is designed to search all fare and schedule St. possibilities Charles and Inn comprehensively Best and without bias, and in telecommunications Western capacity St. that will provide Charles absolutely the Inn most Best and Western current St. information on seat availability. Charles It Inn is expected that Best more than 99% of the time that we come up with a better fare, it will not be because we had Western access to any fare St. that its competitor did Charles not.
